Returns Policy

Every hat is handmade at the Superduper workshop in Florence, the sweaters are made by hand in Nepal, and scarves in our Como Silk production. They are made with care. We are a small business that make pieces that we hope you’ll love.
 
Please get in touch if you are unsure about the sizing. We encourage considered purchasing. Please help us to reduce waste by making sure you select the correct size when placing your order. Our Size Guide contains useful info on taking your measurements.
 
If you do have doubts, all return inquiries are to be made within 10 days of receiving your items. Any inquiries made after this date will not be accepted. Return Postage will have to be covered by you. There shouldn’t be any faults in the garments. We check them individually before we send them out. If in any case, the item isn’t what you wished for, we offer a refund for the item minus CHF 35 to cover shipping and handling. Please note, that any hat, scarf or sweater returned with make-up marks will not be accepted for a credit note or refund.
 
If for any reason, you are not happy with your order or would like a different size or style, you will need to email jasmin@jasminbrunner.com.
 
All our pieces are thoroughly inspected and quality controlled to ensure our high-quality standards are adhered to. In the unlikely case of a fault please contact us on jasmin@jasminbrunner.com. We do not consider natural fibre flaws as faulty.
 
Returns
 
Returned items must be unworn and in their original condition with all tags still attached
 
A fee of CHF 35,00 for every item you want to return will be deducted from the refund when the return will be processed.
 
Customers are to cover the cost of the return shipping (unless your items are deemed faulty by us)
 
All return enquiries are to be made within 10 days of receiving your items. Any enquiries after this date will not be accepted (unless delays have occurred with shipping & handling). Please note there is a Christmas period exception of 14 days over Christmas / NewYear.
 
 
Hats Lifetime Repair
 
We take great care to make sure every hat lasts for generations, celebrating the imperfections that make us unique. However, if your hat is accidentally damaged, you can send it back to us for repair and we send it to the Florence workshop and send you a quote for the repair. It will in many cases be free, and only cost you a small shipping and handling fee. Simply email us and we’ll take it from there.
